Ex Parte Motions
Reminder: Only budgeting and subpoena requests are submitted ex parte in CM/ECF. Travel authorization requests and service provider requests are handled ex parte through the e-Voucher system.
Becoming a CJA Panel Attorney
Attorneys who wish to be considered for the CJA panel or mentorship program established in the Eastern District of Tennessee as part of the plan for representation of indigent defendants under the Criminal Justice Act of 1964, 18 U.S.C. 3006A, should submit a completed application by email to: CJA_Panel_TNE@fd.org or by mail to: Federal Defender Services, 800 S.
